Vedic Meditation · On tour
Learn Vedic Meditation, wherever you are
I travel regularly to teach Vedic Meditation in small groups around Australia and beyond. So if you're not in Darwin or Perth, you don't have to wait for the right time, or the right city.
The same four-day course. The same simple, effortless practice. 20 minutes, twice a day, and yours for life.
In person, on tour · Small groups · Support for life
Sound familiar?
No teacher nearby? No problem.
Maybe you've been curious about Vedic Meditation for a while. You've read about it, or a friend won't stop talking about it. But there's no teacher in your town or you want to learn specifically from me.
I've been travelling since I was six months old and have traveling across the globe with family, friends and now teaching Vedic Meditation..
I love to travel. It's been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Packing a bag. A long-haul flight. Landing somewhere new and finding my feet. Getting lost in tiny laneways. Meeting new people and listening to their stories.
That's why I go on tour. I bring the course to you, so you can learn in person, close to home, alongside people from your own community.
And because the practice goes wherever you go, it doesn't matter where you learn it. Twenty minutes in the morning, and twenty more in the afternoon. On the couch, in the car, on a plane, in a hotel room. No special room. No silence required.
So tell me where you are. Let me see if I can come to you.

Your teacher
Hi, I'm Jocelyn Lea. I'll be with you every step.
I started meditating because I was so tired of knowing all the reasons I was stressed, doing all the things to manage it, and still feeling like I was constantly vibrating with stress. On the outside I was functioning. On the inside, my nervous system never really settled.
Vedic Meditation gave me more joy, more play, more patience and more space. It didn't change my life. It didn't make life less busy. It changed how I felt living it. Instead of just surviving, I started to thrive.
I have been meditating for over 5 years and teaching for over a year, after years of training, study and mentoring. I continue my education, receive ongoing supervision and stay connected to my teachers. I'm also a Physiotherapist, and I bring the same care and practicality to teaching that I bring to my clinic.
I teach in small groups in Darwin and Perth, and travel regularly to teach in other places around Australia and the world. If I can't come to you, I can connect you with a trusted teacher closer to home.
Go gently 🤍

Since starting meditation, I sleep better, feel more balanced and find myself less caught up in the chaos of stressful situations. I’m also more patient in conversations, listening more and reacting less. What a difference!

Questions
Learning on tour.
Where do you travel to teach?
Around Australia and beyond. My next course on tour is in Melbourne, 25–28 November 2026. New places are added as people ask, so tell me where you are below, and let me see if I can come to you.
Can you come to my town or workplace?
I'd love to. If you can gather a small group, or you'd like a course for your team, get in touch and we'll work out what's possible.
What if I can't make the tour dates?
You can also learn with me in Darwin or Perth. Or, if I can't come to you, I can connect you with a trusted teacher closer to home.
Do I need any meditation experience?
None at all. Vedic Meditation is effortless, so there's nothing to be good at. Busy minds and people who "can't meditate" are very welcome.
What happens after the course if you're not nearby?
Your practice goes everywhere with you. Support and guidance are available for life, wherever you are, and you can join group meditations online and around the world.
Ready when you are
Learn to rest wherever you are.
Book a free intro call, or leave your details and tell me where you are. You'll hear first when I'm coming your way.
I'll only use your details to contact you about courses.
